| I'm Feeling Fruitie Art Doll I know you have days.. like I do.. when you just feel well.. fruitie.. Perhaps you want to make a face at the driver who just pulled out in front of you.. or it's rained and the mud puddles are calling for you to come run barefoot and experience the mud between your toes like you did when a child. Some days a child giggling and dancing brings out the "Fruitie Feeling".. making the inner child want to come out and play. If you ever wanted to wear something outrageous.. laugh really loud in public.. take off your shoes in a store.. play in the mud.. or other silly things.. then I am the doll for you. I celebrate that "Fruitie Feeling".. letting it out in the world for all to enjoy. Although I am running.. it's to the "Fruitie Feeling".. not away from.. come with me.. let's Get Fruitie Together. I saw this pattern in an art doll magazine and just had to craft it. Her head is an apple.. decorated with earrings.. and a painted face. I made the stand so she could be free standing. The pic shows her from the front, when viewed from the side, the stand isn't that visible. Her base is cedar.. so she smells good too. Measures 14 inches. I will sign and date.. as I crafted her.. but the pattern for her body came from a book. I will also include her story as a print out. |
