Monster Chasin Sticks came about several years ago when my youngest daughter was around 3.  She is now 11.  During that time she had "bad nightmares".. and was interested in dealing with these fears.  One day while walking in our yard she picked up a pecan branch and said.. "Mama.. Look.. there are faces in here that will chase monsters away."

I went inside with a few sticks and accented the "faces".. we added feathers, leather and beads until Zoe said the Monster Chasin Sticks were "done".  These are brought to you as an aid in chasin all the monsters out from under beds, closets, inside your heart and mind.

To use.. simply hold the monster chasin stick and shake it wherever monsters are hiding.  Wonderful tool for self empowerment for children of all ages.

For adults I have found if you use similar to a rattle.. shaking around the body, front and back, it breaks up blockages and helps you to see and deal with "old emotional baggage".

I shared these with a friend who counsils abused children and she gave them a thumbs up.. they empower the user to deal with fear and hurt in a real, tangible way.. while taking positive steps to work through the problems and issues.
