Feeling good and being happy are my top priorities. I started Tae Kwon Do when I turned fifty and love it. I am reshaping my body and mind. I love creating my world in my own image.
I enjoy working with stones and crystals in healing. I write articles and meditations about their use in our lives. My creations are a celebration of the joy of life.
